Overview
This is the Navitas TAC2 600A replacement controller on its own, without a conversion kit, motor or mounting hardware. It is the part to order when you are replacing a failed or damaged Navitas TAC2 controller, or when you already have the rest of the system and need the control unit only.
The TAC2 is an AC controller for E-Z-GO RXV carts running 48V to 72V. It replaces the factory ELiTE lithium control. Programming and live diagnostics are done through the Navitas app on a phone or tablet.
This controller must be programmed before the cart will drive. The manufacturer programming steps are in the manuals below, and the job needs a smartphone or tablet with the Navitas app.

Requirements and install notes
The controller must be programmed with the Navitas app before the cart will drive. A smartphone or tablet is required.
Record the serial number from the body of the controller before you install it. It is far easier to read before the controller is mounted.
Disconnect the battery pack and discharge the old controller before you touch any terminal.
Check the main battery cables, terminals and solenoid before installation.
If you are not comfortable working on a traction system at this voltage, have the controller installed by a qualified golf cart technician.
