Overview
The E-Z-GO RXV ELiTE is not a standard RXV with a lithium pack dropped in. It uses its own lithium specific Curtis 1206AC controller that talks to the factory Samsung battery. That is why a regular RXV kit will not work here, and why Navitas makes this dedicated ELiTE version.
The kit swaps the stock ELiTE controller for a Navitas TAC2 with an ELiTE compatible CAN module. The factory AC motor and lithium battery stay. You gain adjustable speed, acceleration and regen plus Bluetooth diagnostics in the Navitas app.

How to confirm it fits
Confirm the cart has the factory E-Z-GO ELiTE Samsung lithium battery, not lead-acid and not an aftermarket lithium conversion.
Check the controller label for the Curtis 1206AC Fleet Lithium unit.
If either point is unclear, send us photos of the battery and controller labels before ordering.

Requirements and install notes
This is a controller swap on a cart that already runs an AC motor. The motor stays; the stock controller comes out and the TAC2 goes in its place.
Disconnect the battery pack and discharge the controller before you touch any terminal. Follow the Navitas TAC2 installation manual step by step.
Check the main battery cables and terminals before installation. Corroded or undersized cables limit what any controller can deliver.
Settings are adjusted in the Navitas app over Bluetooth. Dealer level app access is available to qualified dealers only.
If you are not comfortable working on a 48V or 72V traction system, have the kit installed by a qualified golf cart technician.
The 440A kit does not include the On-The-Fly programmer.
FAQ
Which E-Z-GO carts does this kit fit?
The RXV ELiTE with the factory Samsung lithium battery and its Curtis 1206AC Fleet Lithium controller. A standard lead-acid RXV, a 2008 to 2011 RXV with the Danaher controller, or an RXV converted to an aftermarket lithium battery needs a different kit.
Why does the ELiTE need its own kit?
The ELiTE's controller talks to the Samsung battery, so a regular RXV kit will not work. This version has an ELiTE-compatible CAN module.
Does the kit include a motor?
No. The RXV ELiTE is already AC and keeps its motor. The kit swaps the controller and adds the TAC2 module; the 600A kit also has the On-The-Fly programmer.
How do I set it up?
Speed, acceleration, regenerative braking and live diagnostics are set in the Navitas app on a phone or tablet, over Bluetooth. On the 440A kit the On-The-Fly programmer can be added.
Warranty
Navitas TAC2 AC systems carry a 24 month warranty from the ship date, handled by us. Proof of purchase is required. Labour, damage from incorrect installation, wrong voltage, overload and non-OEM part substitution are not covered. See our returns and refunds policy for the full process.
