Before you write in

Four things that get you a faster answer

Most back-and-forth comes from a missing detail. Cover these and the first reply is usually the useful one.

Include your cart details

Almost every diagnostic and fitment answer depends on four things: make, model, year, and system voltage (36V, 48V, or 72V). Including them in your first message saves a round of back-and-forth.

Try the decoder first

Not sure of your year or voltage? Run your serial number through the serial number decoder. It answers most model and year questions instantly, and it is what our fitment checks are built on.

Checking a part fits

Tell us the cart and the part you are considering and we will confirm it before you order. If our fitment tools and your cart disagree, say so. We would much rather answer a question than process a return.

Orders, shipping and returns

Include your order number and we can pull the record straight away. Tracking, delivery, damage claims and returns are all handled from this inbox. Policies are in Shipping and Returns.

FAQ

What we can help with

Can you help me work out what is wrong with my cart?
Within limits, yes, and it is the part we are best at. Start with the matching guide in the repair guides or run the troubleshooter, then tell us which step you got stuck on and what you measured. We can explain a reading, tell you what a symptom usually points to, and narrow it down to the system at fault. What we cannot do is diagnose a cart we have not seen or quote a repair, and for hands-on work a local technician will always beat email.
Will this part fit my cart?
Send us your make, model, year, voltage and existing controller, along with the part you are looking at, and we will confirm it before you order. Our fitment tools and calculators answer most of these instantly, but carts get modified and a previous owner’s changes are often undocumented, so if anything looks unusual we would rather check it by hand. Ask before you buy, not after.
How do I find my year and voltage?
Run your serial number through the serial number decoder. It returns the year and configuration instantly, which lets you include those details in your message and skip a round of questions. The full tools suite can also estimate range, speed, controller amps and value.
I need help with an order, a shipment or a return.
Email us with your order number. Tracking, delivery estimates, damaged shipments, wrong items and returns are all handled from this inbox, and we reply within one business day. Every return needs an RMA number before you send anything back. The full terms are in our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds policy.
A calculator gave me a wrong number. What do you need?
Tell us which tool you were using, what you entered, and what came back. Every tool page also carries a report link that brings you straight here with the tool already noted. Broken tools get priority. If there is a calculation you keep doing by hand and we have not built it yet, describe it and it goes on the list.
I found an error in one of your guides.
We want to hear about it. If a torque figure, voltage range, part number, or wiring detail does not match what you found on your own cart, tell us which guide, which step, and what you measured instead. Corrections that check out get applied to the guide, and that feedback is one of the main ways the material here improves over time.
How long until I hear back?
We reply within about one business day, sometimes longer during busy stretches. Include your cart details and the specific guide or step you are on, or your order number, and you will usually hear back with something actionable rather than a request for more information. We do not share your email address or add you to any mailing list.
Do you accept partnerships or affiliate arrangements?
Yes. If you make parts, batteries, or accessories, run a dealership, or write about carts and want to collaborate, mention your brand and what you have in mind in the first line so it reaches the right place quickly. That covers content partnerships, affiliate arrangements, and product testing.
