An ICON typically ships with a lithium battery, lights, turn signals, mirrors, seatbelts and a windshield as standard, which makes it road-ready as a low-speed vehicle (LSV) right out of the box. The most common models are the four-seat i40 and the two-seat i20, with larger i60 and lifted variants also available.
ICON competes most directly with Evolution and Bintelli. The carts are assembled using widely used drivetrain components, which keeps prices low, and they have built a large dealer network fast.

Keeping a lithium ICON healthy
As a lithium-electric cart, an ICON skips the watering and acid maintenance of lead-acid carts. The care that actually matters is different:
- Keep the battery management system (BMS) updated through a dealer when needed and avoid leaving the pack at very low charge for weeks.
- Keep connections clean and tight, since a loose or corroded lug is the most common cause of heat and voltage sag.
- Follow the standard tire, brake and suspension checks used on any cart.
Serial, year & parts

ICON uses widely sourced controllers, motors and lithium packs, so many parts cross-reference with other late-model lithium carts. Body panels and trim are ICON-specific and ordered through dealers, so confirm parts and BMS support with a local dealer before buying used.
