Lithium golf cart battery bundles with BMS and charger options. Confirm voltage, tray dimensions and charger compatibility before ordering; these ship by freight.
pick your voltage, then the capacity.
Choosing a lithium battery pack
Every battery on this page is a single LiFePO4 pack that replaces the whole lead-acid set at the same system voltage. Start with your pack voltage: count the batteries and read one label.
- 36V cart (six 6V batteries): a 38.4V pack.
- 48V cart (six 8V or four 12V batteries): a 51.2V pack.
- 72V cart (six 12V batteries): a 76.8V pack.
Then measure the tray. With the old batteries out, measure its length and width and the height up to the seat frame. Each product page gives the pack's enclosure size, and the shape that fits matters as much as the capacity.
How many amp hours
Smaller packs of 50Ah to 65Ah suit short trips on flat ground. 105Ah and 120Ah packs cover everyday range for most 48V carts. The 170Ah and 175Ah packs are for rear seats, lift kits, bigger tires and long days with hills. If the cart charges in a cold garage, pick a pack with built-in heating, which each product page states. The range calculator estimates what each size gives your cart.
What comes in the box
Lithium Rhino bundles bring a lithium charger, a DC-DC converter for 12V accessories, a state-of-charge display, mounting hardware and cables. MODZ bundles charge through a 20A onboard charger and include brackets and a display, but no 12V converter. Use the charger that comes with the pack: a lead-acid charger is not safe on lithium, even with the same plug. Packs ship by LTL freight from the distributor, not by parcel.
Before you order
A charger that never finishes, a loose cable or one weak battery can make a healthy pack look done. Check it with the battery voltage chart, then read A Beginner's Guide to Replacing a Golf Cart Battery Pack for a table of every pack by voltage and use.
Batteries FAQ
Will a 51.2V lithium battery work in my 48V golf cart?
Yes. 51.2V is the nominal voltage of a LiFePO4 pack built to replace a 48V lead-acid set. A 38.4V pack replaces a 36V set and a 76.8V pack a 72V set the same way.
Can I keep my old charger?
No. A lead-acid charge profile is not safe on a lithium pack. Every bundle here comes with a lithium charger; the Lithium Rhino 170Ah battery-only listing needs a charger Lithium Rhino approves.
How do I power 12V lights with a lithium pack?
A single lithium pack has no 12V tap, so never wire lights across part of it. Lithium Rhino bundles include a DC-DC converter. With a MODZ pack, add a 48V to 12V converter sized for your accessories.
How is a lithium battery shipped?
Lithium packs are Class 9 dangerous goods, so they ship by LTL freight straight from the distributor, never by parcel carrier.
Do you sell lead-acid golf cart batteries?
No. We sell lithium packs from Lithium Rhino and MODZ. The battery replacement guide explains when a new lead-acid set is still the sensible choice.
