Harnesses, programmers and CAN wiring

A harness is the translation layer between the cart and the controller. Choose it by the old controller label, connector, throttle type and exact kit route. This category includes Navitas TSX and TAC wiring, Alltrax AC1 and XCT-family controls, CAN display wiring, conversion harnesses, OTF programmers and replacement keys.

Recent additions include the Navitas CAN display patch harness, RXV 23-pin resistor wiring, a STAR EV 1243 TSX3 harness, an E-Z-GO PDS 36V-to-48V conversion harness, and the documented two-wire throttle adapter for non-ITS E-Z-GO and non-MCOR Club Car carts using harness 87-10000666. The generic Navitas vehicle harness stays limited to exact-SKU verification.

Use the harness and programmer guide to narrow the route. Do not transfer fitment between Alltrax XCT and AC1 families, RXV 23-pin and 35-pin systems, or ITS and non-ITS throttles.

Harnesses and Programmers FAQ

Can I choose a harness by cart model alone?

Usually not. Match the controller label, connector, throttle type and exact kit or harness SKU.

Do replacement OTF keys include a programmer?

No. SKU 87-OTFKEY is a pair of replacement lock keys only.

Which adapter supports a two-wire throttle?

Part 87-40000668 is documented for non-ITS E-Z-GO and non-MCOR Club Car carts using TSX3 harness 87-10000666.

Can an XCT adapter be used on an Alltrax AC1?

No. XCT and AC1 are separate controller families and their accessory fitment must not be crossed.
