Choosing an Alltrax AC1 product
Our Alltrax range is the AC1 system: seven bare 650A replacement controllers, six complete kits, two 5.5kW motors and the matching wiring, controls and installation parts. AC1 is an AC family. It is separate from the Alltrax SR and XCT DC controller families discussed in our older technical articles.
Start with the controller label and connector, not the cart badge alone. E-Z-GO RXV has separate 23 pin Danaher and 35 pin Curtis routes. Yamaha Drive and Drive2 use different AC1 applications. The bare controllers and motors are for carts already using the matching AC1 system; a stock DC cart needs the complete kit.
What is in the line
- Complete AC1 kits. Documented routes for ICON 48V, RXV Danaher and Curtis, Yamaha Drive2 YDRE2, Club Car Precedent, Tempo and Onward, and E-Z-GO TXT 48V.
- Bare AC1 controllers. Exact replacement applications keyed to the SKU and connector for carts already on AC1.
- 5.5kW motors. A 10-tooth Club Car motor and a 19-tooth E-Z-GO motor for matching AC1 systems.
- Controls and installation parts. XCT adapters and FN-KEY remain separate from the AC1 sensor cables and mounting hardware.
Pick the exact application
Use the conversion kit guide for a stock or factory AC cart, the controller guide for an existing AC1 controller label, and the motor guide for spline and controller-family matching.
Alltrax FAQ
Does Alltrax AC1 fit a stock DC cart?
Only as a complete documented conversion kit. A bare AC1 controller or motor is not a stock DC replacement.
What is the difference between RXV 23 pin and 35 pin?
They are separate controller connections and separate products. Match the plug and old controller family before choosing the AC1 route.
Is Alltrax AC1 the same as XCT?
No. AC1 is an AC system. XCT is a separate Alltrax DC controller family, and XCT fitment should not be transferred to AC1.
Which Alltrax motor fits Club Car or E-Z-GO?
The documented Club Car AC1 motor uses a 10-tooth spline. The documented E-Z-GO TXT AC1 motor uses a 19-tooth spline. Both require a matching AC1 system.
