FAQ
Which ICON carts does this kit fit?
The 48V ICON 40 and 60L from model year 2023 on, with the factory AC drive. For an ICON 20, 80 or 2022 cart, send us a photo of the controller label and we will confirm it. It does not fit an ICON converted to 72V.
Does the kit include a motor?
No. It is an AC to AC controller upgrade and the cart keeps its factory AC motor. The kit has the AC1 650A controller, the FN-KS function control box, a mounting kit and a wiring kit.
Does it fit a DC ICON?
No. It replaces the factory AC controller, so the cart must already run the factory AC drive.
How is it programmed?
Programming is over USB from a Windows computer. Whether the phone app works depends on the controller build and current Alltrax support.
Warranty
Alltrax publishes a 2-year warranty for AC motor controllers. Proof of purchase is required. Incorrect application, wiring, voltage or installation can void coverage.
