Which Club Car carts does this kit fit?
The Club Car Precedent, Tempo and Onward IQ from 2008.5 on, with a 1510 or 1515 controller, the 16 pin connector in two rows of eight, and the controller mounted behind the 8V batteries. It does not fit factory AC carts. A 2004 to 2008 cart with 12V batteries and a centrally mounted controller needs its fit confirmed first.
Does the kit include a motor?
Yes. It is a full DC to AC conversion: the 5.5kW Alltrax AC motor replaces the stock DC motor, and the AC1 650A controller, FN-KS function control box, mounting kit and wiring kit come with it.
How do I check my cart?
Look for the 1510 or 1515 label on the controller, count 16 pins in two rows of eight on its connector, and check that it sits behind the 8V batteries.
How is it programmed?
With the Alltrax Toolkit AC app on an iPhone or Android phone, or over USB from a Windows 10 or 11 computer.
Warranty
Alltrax publishes a 2-year warranty for AC motor controllers. Proof of purchase is required; incorrect application, wiring, voltage or installation can void coverage.
