Overview
The 48V E-Z-GO TXT uses a Curtis 1206HB controller. This Navitas TSX 3.0 kit replaces it and keeps the cart on its DC motor, giving you more usable power without a full drivetrain conversion.
Inside the kit: the TSX 3.0 controller with Bluetooth, a vehicle specific harness for the TXT 48V wiring and the On-The-Fly programmer. Set speed and acceleration from the seat, and use the Navitas app for live diagnostics.
440A gives a clear step up for everyday driving. 600A is the choice for hills, passengers and bigger tires.

Read the controller label. A Curtis 1206HB on a 48V TXT means this kit applies.
If your TXT has a factory lithium pack (ELiTE), this kit is not the right one.

Requirements and install notes
This is a controller swap. Your cart keeps its DC motor; the stock controller comes out and the Navitas TSX 3.0 controller goes in with the vehicle harness supplied in the kit.
Disconnect the battery pack and discharge the old controller before you touch any terminal. Photograph the original cable positions first, then follow the Navitas TSX 3.0 manual step by step.
Check the main battery cables, terminals and solenoid before installation. A tired solenoid or undersized cables limit what a higher amp controller can deliver.
The On-The-Fly programmer lets the driver adjust speed and acceleration from the seat, with a key lock to hold the settings. Deeper settings and live diagnostics are in the Navitas app over Bluetooth. Dealer level app access is available to qualified customers only.
If you are not comfortable working on a 36V or 48V traction system, have the kit installed by a qualified golf cart technician.
