Overview
E-Z-GO series motor carts that use the ITS throttle sensor need a controller and harness that understand that throttle. This Navitas TSX 3.0 kit replaces the series controller on those carts, whatever series controller is fitted now, and keeps the motor.
The kit includes the TSX 3.0 controller with Bluetooth, a replacement harness with the ITS connector module and the On-The-Fly programmer. Speed and acceleration become adjustable from the seat, and the Navitas app gives you live diagnostics.
Choose 440A for everyday use, or 600A for hills and heavier loads.

How to confirm it fits
Confirm the motor is series wound: four large terminals (A1, A2, S1, S2) and no F1 or F2 field terminals.
Confirm the throttle is the E-Z-GO ITS sensor type.
If either check is unclear, send us photos of the motor terminals and throttle before ordering.

Requirements and install notes
This is a controller swap. Your cart keeps its DC motor; the stock controller comes out and the Navitas TSX 3.0 controller goes in with the vehicle harness supplied in the kit.
Disconnect the battery pack and discharge the old controller before you touch any terminal. Photograph the original cable positions first, then follow the Navitas TSX 3.0 manual step by step.
Check the main battery cables, terminals and solenoid before installation. A tired solenoid or undersized cables limit what a higher amp controller can deliver.
The On-The-Fly programmer lets the driver adjust speed and acceleration from the seat, with a key lock to hold the settings. Deeper settings and live diagnostics are in the Navitas app over Bluetooth. Dealer level app access is available to qualified customers only.
If you are not comfortable working on a 36V or 48V traction system, have the kit installed by a qualified golf cart technician.
Warranty
Navitas TSX 3.0 controllers carry a 24 month warranty from the ship date, handled by us. Proof of purchase is required. Labour, damage from incorrect installation, wrong voltage, overload and non-OEM part substitution are not covered. See our returns and refunds policy for the full process.
