Drive and control

| Sepex | Separately excited DC drive. The motor field and armature are controlled separately, giving better speed control and regen options than a basic series system. |
| AC drive | An alternating-current motor and controller system. It is common on modern carts and supports smooth torque, regenerative braking, and software protection. |
