Overview
The SPE ChargePlus 36V 25A is a universal industrial battery charger that terminates in a gray SB175 connector rather than a cart-specific plug. It is rated 25A for 36V battery packs and is supplied with the connector kit plus five additional feet of cable.
36V is the classic six-battery golf cart pack and also appears on older industrial equipment. At 25A this is the highest-output unit of the three, so it recovers a deeply discharged 36V pack faster than the 20A models.
Each unit is programmed at the factory for one battery chemistry. Select the chemistry that matches your pack, because a charge profile built for one chemistry will not correctly charge another.
