Which carts does this controller fit?
An E-Z-GO TXT or Club Car IQ cart that has already been converted to an Alltrax AC1 drive with the matching TXT or IQ wiring. It does not fit a stock TXT or IQ that still runs its DC motor and factory DC controller.
Is this a complete kit?
No. It is a bare replacement controller for a cart that already runs AC1. No motor, harness, mounting kit, contactor or FN control comes with it.
Can I use it to convert my DC cart to AC?
No. A DC cart needs the AC motor and conversion hardware too, which come in the AC1 DC to AC kits for the TXT and for Club Car. This part replaces the controller in a cart that already has them.
How is it programmed?
Programming is over USB from a Windows computer. Whether the phone app works depends on the controller build and current Alltrax support.
Warranty
Alltrax publishes a 2-year warranty for AC motor controllers. Proof of purchase is required. Incorrect application, wiring, voltage or installation can void coverage.
