Overview
This is the Navitas TSX3.0 600A replacement controller on its own, without a conversion kit, motor or mounting hardware. It is the part to order when you are replacing a failed or damaged Navitas TSX3.0 controller, or when you already have the rest of the system and need the control unit only.
The TSX3.0 is a DC controller for 48V to 72V carts and drives both series and shunt wound motors. It connects to the vehicle through a cart specific Navitas harness or connector module, which is not included here. Bluetooth is built in for app programming and diagnostics.

Requirements and install notes
The controller needs a Navitas TSX 3.0 vehicle harness or connector module for your cart. Neither is included here.
Record the serial number from the body of the controller before you install it. It is far easier to read before the controller is mounted.
Disconnect the battery pack and discharge the old controller before you touch any terminal.
Check the main battery cables, terminals and solenoid before installation.
If you are not comfortable working on a traction system at this voltage, have the controller installed by a qualified golf cart technician.
Warranty
Navitas TSX3.0 controllers carry a 24 month warranty from the ship date, handled by us. Proof of purchase is required. Labour, damage from incorrect installation, wrong voltage, overload and non-OEM part substitution are not covered. See our returns and refunds policy for the full process.
