Overview
Older series motor carts from several makers share one layout: a series wound DC motor, a series controller and a throttle that is not the E-Z-GO ITS type. This Navitas TSX 3.0 kit replaces that series controller and keeps the motor.
The kit includes the TSX 3.0 controller with Bluetooth, a replacement harness with the connector module for series motor wiring, and the On-The-Fly programmer. Once installed, speed and acceleration are adjustable and the Navitas app shows live diagnostics.
One point to check first: carts with a 2 wire V-glide throttle need an extra Navitas non-ITS adapter to read the throttle correctly. That adapter is not in this kit. Contact us before ordering if your cart has a V-glide throttle.

How to confirm it fits
Confirm the cart has a series motor. A series motor has four large terminals (A1, A2, S1, S2) and no F1 or F2 field terminals.
Check the throttle. If it is a 2 wire V-glide type, contact us first because an extra adapter is needed.
Send us a photo of the controller label and motor terminals if anything is unclear.

Requirements and install notes
This is a controller swap. Your cart keeps its DC motor; the stock controller comes out and the Navitas TSX 3.0 controller goes in with the vehicle harness supplied in the kit.
Disconnect the battery pack and discharge the old controller before you touch any terminal. Photograph the original cable positions first, then follow the Navitas TSX 3.0 manual step by step.
Check the main battery cables, terminals and solenoid before installation. A tired solenoid or undersized cables limit what a higher amp controller can deliver.
The On-The-Fly programmer lets the driver adjust speed and acceleration from the seat, with a key lock to hold the settings. Deeper settings and live diagnostics are in the Navitas app over Bluetooth. Dealer level app access is available to qualified customers only.
If you are not comfortable working on a 36V or 48V traction system, have the kit installed by a qualified golf cart technician.
Warranty
Navitas TSX 3.0 controllers carry a 24 month warranty from the ship date, handled by us. Proof of purchase is required. Labour, damage from incorrect installation, wrong voltage, overload and non-OEM part substitution are not covered. See our returns and refunds policy for the full process.
