Overview
The E-Z-GO TXT with PDS drive runs a Curtis 1206MX controller. This Navitas TSX 3.0 kit replaces it and keeps the DC motor, which makes it a practical fix for a PDS cart with a failing controller and a real upgrade for one that simply feels slow.
The kit includes the TSX 3.0 controller with Bluetooth, a vehicle specific PDS harness and the On-The-Fly programmer. Top speed and acceleration can be set from the seat, and the Navitas app reads live data and faults.
Choose 440A for most carts, or 600A for hills, heavier loads or a cart that has been converted to 48V.

Read the controller label under the seat. A Curtis 1206MX means a PDS cart and this kit applies.
PDS and DCS carts look similar. The controller label is the reliable way to tell them apart.

Requirements and install notes
This is a controller swap. Your cart keeps its DC motor; the stock controller comes out and the Navitas TSX 3.0 controller goes in with the vehicle harness supplied in the kit.
Disconnect the battery pack and discharge the old controller before you touch any terminal. Photograph the original cable positions first, then follow the Navitas TSX 3.0 manual step by step.
Check the main battery cables, terminals and solenoid before installation. A tired solenoid or undersized cables limit what a higher amp controller can deliver.
The On-The-Fly programmer lets the driver adjust speed and acceleration from the seat, with a key lock to hold the settings. Deeper settings and live diagnostics are in the Navitas app over Bluetooth. Dealer level app access is available to qualified customers only.
If you are not comfortable working on a 36V or 48V traction system, have the kit installed by a qualified golf cart technician.
Warranty
Navitas TSX 3.0 controllers carry a 24 month warranty from the ship date, handled by us. Proof of purchase is required. Labour, damage from incorrect installation, wrong voltage, overload and non-OEM part substitution are not covered. See our returns and refunds policy for the full process.
