This 4kW Navitas AC induction motor is a replacement for carts already converted to a compatible Navitas TAC2. It uses a 19-tooth gearbox spline and is for applications that do not use a motor brake.
Fitment is determined by controller family, spline count and parking-brake configuration, not by cart badge alone. Confirm all three before ordering because the motor is non-returnable except for an approved warranty claim.

Requirements and install notes
Match the gearbox spline and parking-brake requirement before ordering. These motors are non-returnable except for approved warranty claims.
A compatible Navitas controller is required. The 4kW and 5kW motors use TAC2; the 7.5kW motors use TAC3 and require a TAC motor adapter sold separately.
Disconnect the traction pack and discharge the controller before installation. Motor work should be completed by a qualified golf cart technician.

This Navitas motor carries a 12 month warranty from the ship date, handled by us. The motor is non-returnable except for an approved warranty claim, so confirm the spline, parking-brake requirement and controller before ordering. Proof of purchase is required. Labour and damage from incorrect installation are not covered.
