Before buying, read the full part number and revision off the old controller and match the vehicle application, not just “36V” or “48V.” A similar case shape guarantees nothing about the pinout.

The number-one Curtis mistake is condemning a controller that never failed. A cart that clicks but will not move, or drops into reduced speed, is often a solenoid, a speed sensor, a throttle input, or a sagging battery pack, not the Curtis.
