Have a question about one of our guides, a correction to something we got wrong, or a partnership idea? Send it through the form below and it reaches the person who actually writes and tests the material here.
Before you write in
Include your cart details
Almost every diagnostic answer depends on four things: make, model, year, and system voltage (36V, 48V, or 72V). Including them in your first message saves a round of back-and-forth.
Try the decoder first
Not sure of your year or voltage? Run your serial number through the serial number decoder. It answers most model and year questions instantly.
Partnerships and press
Mention your brand and the type of proposal in the first line so it reaches the right place quickly.

How to get a useful answer
Golf Cart Lab is a diagnostics and reference site, not a repair shop or a parts dealer. The best use of this form is a specific question about one of our guides, a correction if you spot something wrong, or a partnership or content idea. We read every message, but we cannot remotely diagnose a cart we have not seen, quote a repair, or sell you parts. For hands-on work, your local dealer or a mobile technician will always beat email.
If your question is about a fault, such as a cart that will not move, will not charge, or throws a code, you will get a far more useful answer if you first find the matching guide in the repair guides and tell us which step you got stuck on. Nine times out of ten the guide already covers it, and pointing you to the exact section is faster than a back-and-forth.
Decode your cart first
Almost every diagnostic answer depends on your make, model, year, and system voltage. Before you email, run your serial number through the serial number decoder. It returns the year and configuration instantly, which lets you include those details in your message and skip a round of questions. The full tools suite can also estimate range, speed, and value if that is what you are really after.
Corrections are welcome
If a torque figure, voltage range, part number, or wiring detail in one of our guides does not match what you found on your own cart, we want to hear about it. Tell us which guide, which step, and what you measured instead. Corrections that check out get applied to the guide, and that feedback is one of the main ways the material here improves over time.
Response expectations
One person answers this inbox, so expect a reply within about a day or two on weekdays, sometimes longer during busy stretches. Include your cart details and the specific guide or step you are on, and you will usually hear back with something actionable rather than a request for more information. We do not share your email address or add you to any mailing list.
