Accessing golfcartlab.com constitutes a binding agreement between the user and the Site Administration. These terms apply to all visitors, technicians, and marketplace participants. Failure to adhere to these protocols will result in immediate termination of system access.
02 // Intellectual Property
All proprietary content, including but not limited to diagnostic logic, discharge curves, technical guides, and site architecture, remains the exclusive property of Golf Cart Lab. Users are prohibited from:
- Automated scraping or data mining of the Research Lab database.
- Reproduction of technical fix protocols for commercial resale.
- Unauthorized use of the Golf Cart Lab trademark in external telemetry services.
03 // Technical Liability Disclaimer
Golf cart maintenance involves high-voltage (36V-72V) DC systems and high-torque mechanical components. All guides provided by Golf Cart Lab are for institutional research purposes only. The Site Administration is not liable for property damage, electrical injury, or mechanical failure resulting from the application of these diagnostic protocols. Professional certification is recommended for all high-current repairs.
04 // Marketplace Usage Standards
The marketplace is a peer-to-peer facilitation layer. Golf Cart Lab does not guarantee the mechanical integrity or legal title of vehicles listed. Users are required to perform independent “Drive Mechanics Analysis” prior to any transaction. The Administration reserves the right to purge listings that do not meet our technical accuracy standards.
05 // User Technical Conduct
To maintain the integrity of our knowledge base, users must not:
- Inject malicious scripts into the Diagnostic Hub.
- Circumvent account security perimeters or access unauthorized data tiers.
- Provide intentionally inaccurate technical feedback on community-driven fixes.
06 // Termination Logic
Site Administration maintains the right to terminate or suspend user access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or threatens the technical stability of the Golf Cart Lab ecosystem.
